N29SA4 stencil washing machine in a nutshell:
- The N29SA4 is very compact, with a foot print of 1000 x 535 mm.
- The chemistry has a closed loop, meaning the machine filters the contamination out of the liquid and that’s how it is recycled and used for a very long time.
- No need for a water connection, drainage or compressed air.
- The stencil is pulled out of the cleaning tank by a lift and remains on top of the machine, from where the cleaning chemistry either flows directly back into the tank or if it is placed in a dryer (rear part of the machine), the blown chemistry flows into the drain vessel, from where it can be used again.
- The stencil cleaning machine is made of high-quality parts, which guarantees a very long service life. There are several machines in operation in Finland.
- The stencil is immersed in the cleaning liquid and the tank also has an ultrasonic.
- Rinsing is also done with cleaning liquid, DI water is not needed at all.
- Frames can be custom-made in addition to standard frames. For example, a washing frame can be supplied, which allows two squeegees to be cleaned together with the stencil.
- The machine is maintenance-free. Changing the filters every 200 cleaning cycles is sufficient.
- The cleaning cycle is very fast thanks to the efficient cleaning method.
