Conductive elastomers

Conductive elastomer gaskets are silicone or fluorosilicone-based sealing materials filled with electrically conductive particles, combining effective EMC/EMI and RF shielding with excellent environmental sealing performance. They are ideally suited for demanding applications in electronics, telecommunications, defense and industrial sectors where electromagnetic shielding, environmental protection, and long service life are simultaneously required.

Amitronic offers a wide range of conductive elastomer gaskets that can be manufactured as molded, extruded or machined solutions according to customer-specific requirements, ensuring reliable performance even in the most challenging operating environments.
