HumiSeal offers high-performance acrylic and UV-curable gels designed specifically for protecting, sealing, damming, and supporting components on printed circuit boards. These thixotropic pastes remain precisely in place during application and fluoresce under UV light for easy inspection.

The choice between an acrylic gel and a UV-curable gel primarily depends on production speed, curing method, and the required level of chemical resistance.

HumiSeal Acrylic Gels

Acrylic-based gels are single-component protective materials that cure at room temperature or with heat through solvent evaporation. They are popular due to their ease of rework.

HumiSeal UV-Curable Gels

UV gels provide extremely fast “snap curing” in seconds under UV light, making them ideal for high-volume automated production.

HumiSeal UV20GEL – A single component, high solids, UV curable, acrylated polyurethane conformal coating that possesses excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility and moisture resistance.
