Initial product development centered on the establishment of a range of superior quality soldering cartridges, incorporating the “curie point” method of temperature control. This unique technology allows precise control in demanding soldering processes. Cartridge design was optimized to ensure compatibility with existing OEM systems and performance was enhanced to provide longer tip life and more stable temperature. Other design initiatives included a color band for easy identification of “temperature series”, gold plated connectors for better connectivity and serial numbers on the cartridge body to provide complete traceability.
This same level of design, quality and price performance has now been incorporated into the latest product from THERMALTRONICS, a 13.56MHz Power Supply System with LCD display, a slim soldering handpiece with comfortable grip, workstand and an unique cartridge. Additionally, two switchable soldering ports are offered with the system, which is ESD safe and certified in accordance with TUV, CE, GS & NRTL standards.
